Scanning Fix for Chrome and Firefox:

Chrome and Firefox have updated their browser security, so please update your Twain scan drives to fix this problem.

Chrome Step:1 Open your chrome browser and Press “Ctrl + Shift + Del” on your key Board.

Step:2 Click On “Clear Browsing Data” Follow from Step: 3

Firefox Step:1 Open your Firefox browser and Press “Ctrl + Shift + Del” on your key Board.

Step:2 Click On “Clear Now”

Step:3 Click here to Download and Save the updated Dynamic twain scanner drivers.

Step:4 Click on down arrow on Firefox and show all downloads.

Step:5 Install the drivers by double clicking on the downloaded file. And Click on Yes.

Step:6 Please click on Next, Next

Step:7 Please click on “Close”

Step:8 Now please Close All the browser windows and Please try to scan documents.
