Double click on requested time to make an appointment.
Select "New Patient" option.
Enter patient's information and click on "Save" to save appointment only. You may click on "Save & Register Patient" to save appointment and register the patient.
Appointment has been booked, but the patient is not registered. So click on "Register" to register the patient.
Enter patient's information and click on "Save & Next".
Enter patient's insurance and click on "Save".
Go to "Appointments" > "Appointments.
Select Facility and Physician as your required.
Select Date as your required.
Double click on requested time for that date.
Select "Existing Patient" option.
Search patient by Name or Date of birth.
Leave as default, if you are ok to leave voice message on phone, otherwise untick this.
Ensure appointment type and physician are correct or not.
You may repeat your appointment as daily or weekly by tick this option.
Enter a brief reason and click "Save" to save the appointment.
Go to Appointments > Appointments.
Confirm patient info and click on "CheckIn".
Click "OK".
Enter collecting amount, payment type and remarks(optional). Then click on "Payment".
Click on "Back To Appointment".
Go to Appointments > Appointments.
Click on "Reason/Notes" column of respective appointment to add or edit the reason/notes.
Enter the reason/notes and click on "OK".
Go to Appointments > Scheduler.
Click on "Practice Timings".
Enter the provider practice timings as required.
Click "Save".
Go to Appointments > Appointments.
To change the status colors, click on related buttons for which status you want to change the color.
Go to "Appointments" > "Appointments".
Double click on requested time to make an appointment.

Click on "CheckIn" to check in the patient.
Here tick on "Create An Encounter" to create an encounter for patient and click on "OK".
An encounter has been created. Click on "Back To Appointment".
Another approach to create an encounter for patient, go to "Billing" menu and click on "Encounter".
Here you can find the patient with name, chart number, etc.
Click on "Select" to navigate patient's encounter screen.
This is an encounter, we have created through appointment.
Click on "Click Here To Add Encounters" to create an encounter for this patient.
Enter all necessary encounter information and click on "Save".
Go to "Appointments" > "Appointments".
To change the status of an appointment, click on related status column of that same appointment.

Go to "Appointments" > "Appointments".
To change the status of an appointment, click on related status column. And select "Patient rescheduled" or as your require.
Go to "Appointments" > "Scheduler".
Click on "Click Here To Add Scheduler".
Enter all necessary scheduler information and click on "Save".
A scheduler has been saved.
If you want to edit the scheduler, then click on "Edit" icon of the respective scheduler.
Edit the scheduler information and click on "Update".
Go to "Appointments" > "Appointments".
Click on "CheckIn" of respective appointment of patient.
Click on "OK".
Click on "Back To Appointment".
At the time of check out, click on checked in status and select "CheckedOut" to check out a patient.
Go to "Appointments" > "Appointments".
Click on "PDF" icon to download and view all appointments of selected physician, facility and date.
Click on "Printer" icon to print all appointments of selected physician, facility and date.
To print the document, click on "Print" icon.
Go to "Appointments" > "Appointments".
Click on "All Physician Appt" tab on top.
Here you can view all physicians appointments.
Click on "Select Physician List".Select or deselect physicians to view more or less physicians appointment.
