How to get medications from PMD
- Go to "EMR" > "EMR".
- Here you can find the patient with name, chart number, etc.
- Click on patient's name to navigate Clinical Summary screen.
- Click on "Prescriptions" from left menu.
- Click on "Benefits" button.
- Click on "Get Medication History".
- Select your consent.
- Go to "EMR" > "EMR".
- Today's patients are displayed in the screen.
- Now, you can find the patients by name, chart number, etc.
- Click on patients name or "WorkOnThis".
- Click on "Back To Search" button.
- Now, current patient is displayed in the screen.
- Go to "EMR" > "E-Prescription".
- Find the patient with name, chart number, etc. And Click on "Go To Patient Prescriptions".
- Click on "New eRx" button.
- Select medication from favorite list or you can search medication as your required. And click on "Add To Script Pad".
- Click on "Favorite List" button to add another medications.
- Click on "Add To Script Pad".
- Click on "Continue".
- Click on "Continue".
- Click on "E-Prescription" button.
- Click on "Back" button.
- Click on "Back" button.
- Click on "New eRx" button.
- Select medication from favorite list or you can search medication as your required. And click on "Add To Script Pad".
- Click on "Favorite List" button to add another medications.
- Click on medication name to select.
- Enter all medication information and click on "Continue".
- Click on "Continue".
- Click on "Get One Time Passcode".
- Select "SoftToken" option.
- Enter passcode and click on "Continue".
- Click on "Back" button.
- Go to "EMR" > "EMR".
- Here you can find the patient with name, chart number, etc
- Click on patient's name or "WorkOnThis" to navigate Clinical Summary screen.
- Click on "Prescriptions" from left menu.
- Click on "Get Medication History From Pharmacies For 2years" button.
- Select medications from "Medication History" and click on "Reconcile & Save To Chart".
- Go to "EMR" > "EMR".
- Here you can find the patient with name, chart number, etc.
- Click on patient's name or "WorkOnThis" to navigate Clinical Summary screen.
- Click on "Work on this" of an encounter which you want to fax.
- Click on "Visit Summary" from left menu.
- Click on "Fax" icon.
- Enter all information and click on "Send Fax".
- Go to "EMR" > "E-Prescription".
- Here you can find the patient with name, chart number, etc.
- Click on patient's name or "Go To Patient Prescriptions" to navigate Patient Medication screen.
- Click on "New eRx" button.
- Search a medication.
- Here is the medication benefits.
- Go to "EMR" > "EMR".
- Here you can find the patient with name, chart number, etc.
- Click on "WorkOnThis".
- Click on "Active Medication" from left menu.
- Enter medication details and click on "Save".
- An active medication has been added to patient.
- Add another active medication.
- Click on "Edit" to update the medication details.
- Edit active medication and click on "Update & Close".
- If you want to inactive the medications, select the medications and click on "Stop Active Medications" button.
- Go to "EMR" > "EMR".
- Here you can find the patient with name, chart number, etc.
- Click on patient's name to navigate Clinical Summary screen.
- Click on "Medical History" from left menu.
- Enter medical history of the patient.
- Click on "Family History" from left menu.
- Enter family history of the patient.
- Click on "Social History" from left menu.
- Enter social history of the patient.
- Click on "Surgical History" from left menu.
- Enter surgical history of the patient.
- Go to "EMR" > "EMR".
- Here you can find the patient with name, chart number, etc.
- Click on patient's name to navigate Clinical Summary screen.
- Click on "Prescriptions" from left menu.
- Click on "New eRx" to create a new prescription.
- Select Provider, location and pharmacy.
- You can select medications from favorite medication list or you can search medications. Then click on "Add To Script Pad".
- Like this, you can add maximum 10 medications to script pad.
- Click on "Continue".
- Click on "Save Manual Prescriptions".
- Click on "PDF" icon to view and download this prescription as pdf.
- Go to "EMR" > "EMR".
- Here you can find the patient with name, chart number, etc.
- Click on patient's name to navigate Clinical Summary screen.
- Click on "Work on this" of required encounter.
- Select your required screen from left menu. e.g. - ROS.
- Click on "Add New".
- Enter template name and all necessary information. Then click on "Save Custom Template".
- Find out the custom template just added. Checked it to apply.
- Click on "Edit" icon to edit the custom template.
- Here you can update or delete the custom template.
- Go to "EMR" > "EMR".
- Here you can find the patient with name, chart number, etc.
- Click on patient's name to navigate Clinical Summary screen.
- Click on "Work on this".
- Click on "CC" from left menu.
- Add Chief Complaints from current favorites templates or you can search the CC and save. You can add custom templates also and click on "Save To Chart".
- Click on "Medical History" from left menu.
- Enter Medical History of patient and click on "Save To Chart".
- Click on "Physical Exam" from left menu.
- Add physical exams to patient and click on "Save To Chart".
- Click on "Smoking Status" from left menu.
- Select smoking status of patient and click on "Save".
- Click on "Visit Summary" from left menu.
- This is SOAP notes of this patient.
- Go to "EMR" > "Referrals".
- Click on "Add New Referral" to add a new referral.
- Select Referral and enter all necessary information. Then click on "Save".
- Go to "EMR" > "EMR".
- Here you can find the patient with name, chart number, etc.
- Click on patient's name to navigate Clinical Summary screen.
- Click on "Work on this" of an encounter where you want to load previous note.
- Click on "Load From Previous" button.
- Select an encounter which you want to load and click on "Preview".
- Click on "Submit".
- Go to "EMR" > "EMR".
- Here you can find the patient with name, chart number, etc.
- You can find the patient by letters of your patient's name.
- Go to "EMR" > "EMR".
- Here you can find the patient with name, chart number, etc.
- Click on patient's name to navigate Clinical Summary screen.
- You can do check or uncheck in the check box for sign or unsign.
- And you can do lock or unlock the patient visit summary by click on "Lock/Unlock" icon.
- Go to "EMR" > "EMR".
- Here you can find the patient with name, chart number, etc.
- Click on "WorkOnThis".
- This is clinical summary screen for the patient.
- Suppose, you are here and you want to navigate clinical summary screen. So click on "Clinical Summary" button.
- Go to "EMR" > "EMR".
- Here you can find the patient with name, chart number, etc.
- Click on patient's name to navigate Clinical Summary screen.
- Click on "Prescriptions" from left menu.
- Click on "New eRx" to create a new prescription.
- Select provider, location and pharmacy.
- Select medications from favorite medication list, if there is your require medication.
- Or you can search medications as your required.
- Click on "Continue".
- Click on "Save Manual Prescriptions".
- Click on "PDF" icon to view or download this prescription as pdf.
- Go to "EMR" > "EMR".
- Here you can find the patient with name, chart number, etc.
- Click on patient's name or "WorkOnThis" to navigate Clinical Summary screen.
- Click on "Health Maintenance" from left menu.
- Select exam name and all related information. Then click on "Save".
- Here you can set the reminder and click on "Save".
- Go to "EMR" > "Custom Templates".
- Click on "Visit Default Templates" tab.
- Click on "Click Here To Add New Templates".
- Enter visit types, template name and this template is private or public.
- Enter all necessary information and click on "Save".
- Click on "Save" to save this template.
- Now, go to "EMR" > "EMR".
- Here you can find the patient with name, chart number, etc.
- Click on patient's name to navigate Clinical Summary screen.
- Click on "Add New Encounter".
- Enter all necessary information and click on "Save".
- Now, click on "Work on this" of which encounter is just added.
- Now, go to "Templates" button and click on "Templates List".
- Click on "View And Apply To Current Visit" which template you before created.
- Enter all necessary information and click on "Save To Patient".
- Go to "EMR" > "Custom Templates".
- Click on "Order Set" tab.
- Click on "Click Here To Add Order Set Group".
- Select speciality type and enter diagnosis code or description.
- Enter all necessary informtion.
- Enter follow up details.
- Enter referral details.
- Enter billing service details and click on "Save".
- Go to EMR > EMR.
- Here you can find the patient with name, chart number, etc.
- Click on patient's name to navigate Clinical Summary screen.
- Click on "Followup" from left menu.
- Enter the followup informations and click on "Save Followup".
- Click on "Schedule" to schedule an appointment for the patient.
- Enter all necessary appointment informations and click on "Save".
- Go to "Appointments" menu and click on "Appointments".
